Here at Pulse 8, we aim to make every person feel comfortable and ensure they understand why they are here. On offer to you are a variety of appointments with our fitness team. You can book in for an induction – this will allow you to spend time, one-on-one with an instructor, and go through your specific goals and create a training program specifically designed for you to help you reach and maintain those goals!
Alternatively, you could book in for some personal training! This way you never know what you will be doing each time you come in, keeping your body guessing and making sure you gain a thorough workout and reach your goals! Our fitness team are qualified to personal train you and will help you understand what training is all about. You can be guaranteed a solid workout!
Another option for you is to train with a friend. At Pulse 8 there is so much to choose from that training with a friend can keep you on track! Training doesn’t always need to be hard work, you should strive to make sure that each training session you do is fun and enjoyable. By training with a friend you can enjoy yourself a lot more and perhaps work yourself a lot harder at the same! Why not visit our Sale department and see what offers you can get for recommending a friend, and if they continue to use the gym, you will be aware that training is fun, you will be working hard and you may even get a reward for recommending your friend to us!
