Group Inductions!                                SHOW HIDE

The Group Induction (GI) will provide a chance for like-minded individuals to learn and train with others.  It will create a fun and social environment for which we can help you to understand your goals clearer, plus our Fitness Professionals will provide the best tools for you to achieve them.

The GI will offer 3 categories, where you will be selected for one of these based upon your main goal and objective.  These 3 categories of GI are:

Weight Loss
Tone and Reshape
Strength and Resistance Training

Each GI can cater for up to 6 people and last for 1 hour.  In this time you will have created your own programme for training towards the goal, learned the facts and benefits of the goal and met new people who are striving towards the same goal.

Definition of the 3 categories:

Weight Loss:
For individuals looking to decrease their overall weight and become more healthy and happy.  They will learn about the fundamentals of sensible weight loss, the best ways to achieve their weight loss goal, and build a training programme to compliment.

Tone and Reshape:
For individuals looking to alter their body shape and work on the benefits of toning their muscle groups.  Individuals will learn the key facts behind how to tone and sculpt the body.

Strength and Resistance Training:
For those individuals looking to gain knowledge on muscular size and performance.  This can be an ideal for the sports performer or simply someone who would like know the core principles of weights training.

Communicator                                      SHOW HIDE

Communicator is another way that we can communicate with you directly through our cardiovascular machines.  This communication method will not be bombarding, as you will have the option whether or not to view the Bulletin Board for the latest club information, open up the Massages sent to you to find out what’s going on, and fill in the Surveys to help provide us with some valuable feedback.

Our aim is simple, to help provide you with all you need to know about the club at the touch of a button.  Whether that is wanting to see the class timetable for what’s going on now, or checkout any promotions around the club, or even answer some questions about your club so that we can know more about you.

Aspirations                                           SHOW HIDE

What is it:
Aspirations are what drive people, and they are much more complex to interpret and cater for than a simple training objective.  Aspiration Finder is the first online questionnaire that identifies your aspirations by means of a scientific approach.

Based on the results obtained, the test assigns a percentage value to six basic aspirations (move, shape, sport, power, balance, fun) and lists them in decreasing order to highlight the values club members associate with their training.

Seminars:
Pulse 8 Seminars are carefully designed to help you get the most from your club in terms of education that is both specific but meaningful.  Our goal is to show you the real facts and understanding on a variety of topics each week which you can learn from and implement into your lifestyle.

So, if you have ever been interested in knowing how much protein is good for the body, when should I eat carbohydrates, or even, how important is intensity when I train? Well we have all the answers.  You can benefit from receiving handout with all the facts, as well as the expert advice.

Class Intro Sessions:
Our goal here is to provide you with all the information about the classes at the club.  We would educate you and make you feel confident about taking part in the classes.  Whether it’s a high intensity cardio class, or one of our more holistic classes, we can show you what is involved, what to expect and how to set up any equipment that may be needed.  Either way you will walk away a lot more confident and raring to go!

Club Orientation:
This is a welcome session for you to get to know how to get the most from your health club.  Our emphasis will be placed on making you feel welcome, with the completion of your Aspirations questionnaire. 

From here, the goal is to show you all the options, facilities, classes that are available to you based around your priority of goal.  Booking a fitness appointment could be made upon finishing the session to help you get even more out of the Fitness facilities and really kick start your training!
