Being too drunk on stage when I was only 15 playing with my band ‘Tortured’ (yes that’s Death Metal), when I tripped over in front of loads of people and pulling the cable out of my amp which then made awful feedback screeches over the PA system making me look like a muppet! Oh, and having long hair at the time wasn’t good!

Weight training. Whatever exercise I’m doing needs to be short and intense. The more extreme the better.

Most embarrassing moment:

Drunk at Halloween party. Whole family came to collect me to try and sober me up before the flight to Portugal early the next morning. Didn’t work. Couldn’t remember how I got to Portugal. Messy.       Broke my wrist from falling over.     

Special Training Tip:

The pleasure of training only comes from when you work through the pain.  Always take it to the next level. Your body only changes when it has to.  So always do that little bit more. Listen to you body.    Nutrition – put simply – eat what your body needs, no more or less, and your weight will be fine
