muppet! Oh, and having long hair at the time wasn’t good!

Messy. Broke my wrist from
falling over.

work through the pain. Always take it
to the next level. Your body only changes when it has to. So always do that little bit more. Listen
to you body. Nutrition – put simply
– eat what your body needs, no more or less, and your weight will be fine
