GYM CHALLENGES AT PULSE 8
At Pulse8 we like to
keep our members challenged!
We
use gym challenges to allow you to compete against yourself and see improvement
in each session you do. Our last gym
challenge was a huge success with over 700 members competing against themselves
to see how quickly they could burn a set number of calories!
CALORIE BURNING GYM CHALLENGE January 2008
The
aim of this challenge is to burn as many calories as you can in a set
time. There are three standards to
choose from, catering for beginners and experts. The challenge is designed for you to challenge yourself and have
lots of fun whilst becoming physically fitter and more focused!
Three Standards:
Gold – Male 400 calories / Female
250 calories
Silver – Male 200 calories /
Female 150 calories
Bronze – Male 100 calories /
Female 100 calories
Taking Part
·
Members
can only enter one standard
·
Members
must burn the set number of calories in as quick a time as possible
·
Members
can choose any cardio equipment they wish
·
(Make
sure you enter your body weight in kilograms correctly)
·
Members
may complete the standard they have entered as many times as they want in order
to achieve their best time
·
Members
have until JANUARY 31st to record their best time
·
Please

Make
sure you know how to use the equipment before starting

PRIZES!!!
Prizes will
be given out to 5 males and 5 females picked at random who have had at least
one go at the challenge and recorded their results on a challenge card.
