We have recently invested in a range of additional equipment, each with its own inbuilt TV – so you can watch your favourite programmes whilst working out!

 

All members commence their fitness experience with a professional one to one induction with one of our qualified staff. Health & Fitness Advisers will guide you every step of the way as you follow your personalised fitness programme. A large variety of easy to use equipment, located in many different zones, with an amazing Multiscreen Fitness Theatre will keep you motivated and entertained.  Our staff will ensure you feel confident from the start and enjoy the benefits of using the county's premier Health & Fitness facilities.
