Why not try an exercise class to add even more variety to your exercise routine; - Step, Dance, Aerobics and Conditioning classes - the choice is yours.

Or why not try something different and follow the holistic approach to wellbeing including Yoga, and Pilates.

 

When visiting Pulse 8, you do not simply have to do complete your workout and leave! Why not add some spice to your visit and take part in a class or two? You don’t even have to complete your current training program as our classes are designed to give you an appropriate alternative to you training program and still give you the results you need!

 

If you are looking for a solid cardiovascular workout, then why not try a spin class? The intensity and endurance required for the class can be demanding, but all our instructors are qualified enough to understand your needs and will provide all the guidance you need to make your class a successful class!

 

If its more along the lines of strength that you are looking to train, then why not give a circuits class a go, or Boxercise?  Both of these classes provide a resistance workout that will leave you feeling ALL your muscles the next day! Whilst at the same time giving you some cardiovascular benefits as well!  Once again, our highly qualified gym team are the teachers, which means you can be sure that your workout with them will be as much hard work as it is fun!

 

We do not just provide classes taught by the gym team.  There are a huge variety of classes that are externally taught and will give you a range of workouts to help you release from those day-to-day stresses of life! (Mention Body Pump etc…)

 

EXTRA COURSES

 

PILATES AND ASHTANGA YOGA courses/classes are running through out the year, please see our notice boards for the latest courses.

 

The extra Ashtanga yoga class is running on a Sunday and its free of charge.

 

There is an additional charge of £39.15 for our 6 week Pilates courses, from beginners to intermediates.
